You will get a call from one of our team confirming your order and your shipping information before we send the order.

This item is shipped by Bosta Co. and is estimated to arrive in 2-4 business days in Cairo. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe. 

You will receive a text massage on WhatsApp from Bosta with all the details of the order before shipping for confirmation so make sure to check it, you will also get a call from the courier at the day of the delivery to check if you are available at the location.

You can check your order before accepting it while the courier is at your door.

Exchanges are accepted on this product and it's estimated time is 2-4 business days in Cairo and Giza.

Exchange fees are the same as your normal shipping fees 

Refunds are not allowed at the moment.
